Kleven Construction provides comprehensive fiber optic loop installation and maintenance services in most major markets west of the Mississippi River.

JERRY KLEVEN, PRESIDENT
Jerry has spent his entire 40-plus year career in utility construction. He began his career in the early 1970s as a laborer, working at the end of a shovel. He moved quickly to operator, foreman, superintendent, and eventually, management. In 1982, Jerry founded Kleven Construction in the greater Phoenix, Arizona, area. Jerry’s ability to effectively manage the organization has led to the expansion of Kleven Construction throughout the western United States.
DUSTIN KLEVEN, VP OF OPERATIONS
Dustin has built his career of almost 2 decades in both the utility construction and fiber optic communications industries. From starting as a laborer and OSP fiber technician to leading crews as a field superintendent to managing complex projects for small cap and Fortune 500 companies, Dustin’s unique experience enhances the daily operations and culture at Kleven Construction and JK Communications. Born and raised in Arizona, Dustin brings his corporate learnings into the small business environment to ensure that day-to-day operations are performed efficiently, processes are enforced according to industry standards and that teams deliver high-quality results with a heightened focus on safety.
COLIN DANNA, ENGINEERING SPECIALIST
Colin has worked with Kleven Construction for more than seven years, serving as lead OSP engineer and lead trainer for most of that time. Colin oversees a team of highly trained and specialized OSP engineers working across the western United States. Recently, Colin has taken a larger management role at Kleven, overseeing high-profile projects and day-to-day operations within the project management and OSP engineering departments of the company.
JOHN MASON, CFO
John has almost two decades of Accounting and Finance experience in various areas of construction, telecommunications, automotive, Information Technology and Human Resources. After receiving a Bachelor of Science/Finance degree, John began his career as Financial Analyst for Gila River Telecommunications and their fiber splicing subsidiary Native Technology Solutions (NTS) before getting his Master of Business Administration & Accounting Degree. His experience makes him an asset to JK Communications and Construction DBA Kleven Construction team in an ever-evolving telecommunications and construction industry.John is a second-generation Arizona native and is excited to continue to use his years of experience to help JK Communications and Construction, DBA Kleven Construction grow well into the future.
